Conditions for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Incorrect Customization:

If the customization (e.g., design, text, size, color) does not match the specifications provided in your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

Sizing Issues:

For items that do not fit as expected, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.

Please note that customized items are not eligible for return due to sizing issues unless there was an error on our part.

How to Handle Returns

  • Return Eligibility: Items should be sent back within 30 days of receipt in their original state—unworn and with tags attached.
  • Process and Time Frame:

    – Customers send a return request to email: contact@nalione.com  with subject “Return Request” and provide us with the order number + Faulty image on the product.

    – We will review the request and provide a return label via email. Customers need to download and print.

    – Customers need to pack the returned product and send it to us at 3502 SE 22nd Pl, Cape Coral, FL 33904, United States with the recipient’s name: Nalione Return.


    Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, expect a refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Financial Considerations

  • Shipping Costs:
    – If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect customization), we will cover the return shipping costs.
    – For returns due to sizing issues or any other reason not caused by us, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.
